This has been a dream since 2006 when I first stepped foot into Barriques on Capitol Square in Madison.
There were people drinking coffee, tea, wine and beer.  Some were studying and some were conversing.  Smiles filled the room.
The vibe warmed my heart and I wanted to open something similar in the future.

In 2024, signs began appearing, telling me it may be time to make that dream a reality.  Since losing New York Deli, we have nowhere to get great soups and sandwiches.  Working for the wonderful family at Copper State Brewing exemplified the power of great food paired with an authentic and welcoming atmosphere.  When this is combined with an amazing staff, it becomes an experience.

We will offer homemade soups, inspired sandwiches, a wide variety of sides and snacks 
as well as the opportunity to build your own charcuterie board.  
There will be a deli case in front so you can take your favorites home.

Oh yeah, we are also a full bar offering 8 craft beers on tap, a carefully curated wine list and a focused liquor selection.
Don't fret if you don't drink alcohol - we will have plenty of N/A options for you!
We round it out with several coffee & tea options, Stone Arch sodas, Sun Drop, Mexican Coke and more.
